Couscous (wheat) (32%), lentils (12%), soy meat (soy (98%), salt, chili) (12%), carrot, cream (milk), onion, green beans, cauliflower, corn starch, rapeseed oil, spinach (2,7%), celery, soy sauce, vegetable bouillon (soy), garlic, seasoning, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Shelf life

The product has 5 years' shelf life from the manufacturing date. Store at room temperature. An opened bag should be treated as a fresh product. Please eat the meal within 2 hours of adding water.


  • Tear off the top of the bag at the indentation.
  • Add warm water (3,8 dl) up to the level marker.
  • Stir well, close the bag using the ziplock and let the dish rest for 8 minutes.
